I am Jasmine Daniels FNP-BC and practicing for 3 years as a Primary care provider and about 2 years as a telemedicine provider, successfully treating patient for chronic health conditions, such as Mental health disorder, obesity, CKD, CHF, Diabetes mellitus, and so on. I also worked as a prescribing provider for a mental health fee for service company, that has provided me with the experience of treating patients with psychosis, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, Generalized anxiety disorder, Major depressive disorder, etc. I have also worked as a Registered Nurse, caring for patients of in an acute care setting. With my well round experience, I know that I can create a plan to assist each individuals in improving health starting with the mind. I am capable of detecting emergent conditions and being a support by exhibiting unconditional positive regard, congruence, and empathy.
